  • Canal Rd – Gulf Shores and Orange Beach – This area is a thoroughfare between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Running parallel to the intercoastal waterway, it is anchored on one end by the Wharf shopping center and amphitheater and on the other by restaurants and marinas.
  • The Wharf – a mixed use property with high end shops and condominiums and the only yacht brokerage in the area! During the summer it is home to summer concert series, where top talent from around the country come to play.
  • The condo purchase and rental markets are exploding in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. It’s not uncommon for a client to buy a condo for personal use and then buy a second to rent and let the one pay for both. Because the area has hit historical highs in rentals, a positive cash flow is all but guaranteed.  Just a thought.
